CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION COMMENDING RICHARD VERGARA
FOR HIS SERVICES TO THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO
WHEREAS, faithful and capable employees enable municipal and other
governmental agencies to serve the public well; and
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation,
has been fortunate in having the faithful and capable services of Richard
Vergara for twenty-three years in the Sanitation Division of the Department
of Public Services; and
WHEREAS, his devotion to duty and the quality of his services have
been of great-benefit to the City and its residents, and because of this the
City Council desires to commend him therefor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco does hereby commend Richard Vergara for his faithful and
capable services to the City of South San Francisco for twenty-three years.
