CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION COMMENDING F. D. "DICK" MINUCCIANI
WHEREAS, F. D. "Dick" Minucciani has improved the quality of life in
the City of South San Francisco by his spirit of generosity, wisdom and
energetic involvement in the civic affairs of the City, and
WHEREAS, his interest and compassion for people has extended that
contribution beyond the boundaries of the City of South San Francisco, and
o WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco desires
to commend him therefor and share in the salute to him on this 1.Oth day
of May, 1980, at the Ball of the Year benefiting Boys' Towns of Italy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Council does hereby commend F. D. "Dick"
Minucciani for his contributions to the welfare of the City of South San
Francisco and the numerous other activities to which he unselfishly gave
his time, interest and efforts to advance and better this community and
areas beyond this community and by which he established a high standard of
human conduct worthy of following by those who are interested in good will
and understanding among people.
