A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR PAVEMENT MARKINGS DEMONSTRATION
PROJECT NO., ST-79- 5 ~'

that:
RESOLVED by the city Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and,published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the /s~ day of
May , lDO.Q, for
PAVEMENT, ).IARKINGS'DEMONSTRATION PROJECT NO. ST-79-5
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council' does hereby reject all of said proposals or ~
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the. lowest respon-S~b~e~ bidder, . . ~- . .
Riley's Slriping Service, Inc.
for the bid price of forty seven thousand, four hundred and three dollars and
forty rive cent's
($47,403.45 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his. signature and.-affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City'.Council of the ~y of South San Francisco
