CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED "MISSION VILLA CONDOMINIUMS"
that-
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Approval.
The Final Map, entitled "Mission Villa Condominiums," being a
Resubdivision of Parcel IV, Volume 1 of Parcel Maps at Page 32, and a
Portion of Adjoining Acreage, prepared by Louis Attilio Arata, Civil Engineer
and Surveyor, Millbrae, California, is hereby approved.
2. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of
said Map in the official records of the County of San Mateo and submit, or
cause to be submitted as an insert, for concurrent recordation the Declara-
tion of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions Establishing a Plan for
Condominium Ownership of Mission Villa, which were provided by John K.
Bjorner and Kathleen A. Bjorner, declarants.
3. Copy of Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.
A copy of the recorded Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions shall be filed by declarants in each of the following offices
for reference: (1) City Clerk, (2) Department of Community Development
and (3) Department of Public Services/Engineering, and the Building Division
may withhold building permits until the copies of the recorded documents are
so filed.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
