A RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS FOR SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO-SAN BRUNO WASTEWATER TREATMENT
PLANT VACUATOR NO. 2 REPAIRS - PROJECT NO.
WTP-80-1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 28th day of May,
1980, fOr the work to be done and the improvement to be made as described and
specified: SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO-SAN BRUNO WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT VACUATOR NO.
2 REPAIRS - PROJECT NO. WTP-80-1;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a reqular
meeting held on the 4th day of June , 1980, by the following vote-
