CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO PACIFIC GAS AND
ELECTRIC COMPANY '(GAS FACILITIES FOR THE
GE LLE RT' BOU LEVARD' E XTENS I ON )
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that, in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. 47-78 adopted
April 19, 1978 and the Agreement for Installation, Maintenance, Operation
and Conveyance of Gas Facilities dated APril 19, 1978, the City Council
hereby authorizes execution of a Deed of Conveyance for those certain under-
ground gas distribution facilities now installed.~n the Gellert Boulevard
Rightedf-Way, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to execute
said Deed of Conveyance on behalf of the City of South San Francisco, a
copy of which Deed of Conveyance is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
I hereby certifY that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of-South San Francisco at a
reqular meeting held on the~18th day of'J, un,e, lg80.

DEED OF CONVEYANCE
The City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, Grantor,
does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY,
a California corporation, Pacific, its successors and assigns, free and clear
of all liens and encumbrances, those certain underground Gas distribution
facilities installed in, on or under the street and highway easement vested
in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California,
commencing at Station ?+6? on Gellert Boulevard and proceeding westerly along
said street and highway easement to the corporate limits of the City of South
San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California.
Grantor agrees to execute, in form required for recordation in the
official records of the County of San Mateo, a permit or easement to a
reasonable Right-of-Way in, on or under the portion of the street and highway
easement above described.
