CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING RARE EARTH SUBDIVISION
NO. 1 FINAL MAP AND AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTS
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Map Approval.
The Rare Earth Subdivision No. 1 map, being a resubdivision of
Lot 2, Block G, "Map No. 1, Country Club Park, San Mateo County, California"
(Book 23 of Parcel Maps, Pages 54, 55 and 56), South San Francisco, San
Mateo County, California, dated May 1979 prepared by Theodore V. Tronoff,
Civil Engineer & Surveyor, Inc., is hereby approved.
2. Agreement.
Execution of the Agreement of Subdivision Improvements, Rare
Earth Subdivision No. 1, dated June 18, 1980, is hereby authorized and the
Mayor is authorized to sign the Agreement for the City, with the City Clerk
attesting his signature thereto.
3. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of
said map and agreement concurrently in the official records of the County
of San Mateo.
4. Copies of Recorded Documents.
A copy of the recorded final map shall be filed in each of the
following offices for reference: (1) City Clerk, (2) Department of Community
Development and (3) Department of Public Services. A copy of the Subdivision
Agreement shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regulary intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 18th day of June
1980, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Emanuele N. Damo~te and Gus Nicol~Dulo. s
