CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REDUCTION OF RETENTION
PERCENTAGE (SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO-SAN BRUNO WASTE-
WATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS AND SOLIDS
MANAGEMENT PROGRAM, NORTH BAYSIDE SYSTEM UNIT
PROJECT NOS.. C-06-1235-120 AND C-06-1267-130
WHEREAS, the Payment Retention Clause, Page A-45 of the Contract
Documents and Specifications, and Paragraph 7.06 of the standards set
forth on Page B-38 of said Contract Documents, provide for a reduction
of the retention percentage to five percent (5%)., and the Director of Public
Services so recommends said reduction based on the compliance with the two
references.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Director of Public Services is hereby authorized
to reduce the retention to five percent (5%) in accordance with said
Retention Clause and Retained Percentage Clause.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of June
1980, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Ron~dG. Acosta, Mark N. Addie~o, Emanuele N. Damonte,
Gus Nicolopulos; and Councilwoman Roberta Cerri Te~lia
