A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO-SAN' BRUNO
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT VACUATOR
NO. 2 REPAIRS, PROJECT NO. WTP-80-1~
that:
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 26thday of
June , 1980, for
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO-SAN BRUNO WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
VACUATOR NO. 2 REPAIRS, PROJECT NO. WTP-80-1.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, ~and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder,
George E. Masker, Inc.,
for the bid price of eighteen thousand two hundred and five dollars
($18,205.00 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and.'affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a reqular meeting held on the 2nd day of July ,
19 80, by the following vote:
