CII'Y COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ~EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO
' 'PATSY' JO~HILLIARD
WHEREAS, Patsy Jo Hilliard has served with the Board of Trustees of the
South San Francisco Unified School District for five years; and
WHEREAS, she has contributed to the welfare and life style of this
community by giving her talent and dedication to the following activities:
San Francisco Chapter Links, Inc.
San Francisco Peninsula Chapter, Delta Sigma Theta
Jack and Jill of America, Inc.
California School Board Association
National School Board Association
Member of the Board of Directors, Society of Fine Arts Museum,
San Francisco
Board of Directors, San Francisco Bay Area Girl Scouts Council
California Coalition of Black School Board Members
American Association of University Women, San Bruno Chapter

WHEREAS, the City Council desires to express appreciation to her therefor,
and, by this resolution, permanently record in official records an expression
of that appreciation for her contribution to the welfare and life style of this
commun i ty;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Council does hereby express appreciation to Patsy Jo
Hilliard for her contribution to the welfare and life style of the City of
South San Francisco and does, by this resolution, express and permanently
record in its official records this expression of its appreciation.
