A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
SUPPLEMENT NO. 3 TO AGREEMENT WITH THE
NORTH SAN MATEO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City council of the. City of South San Francisco
1. Execution.
Execution of Supplment No. 3 to Agreement dated March 4, 1968,
for Sewage Disposal by and between the City of South San Francisco and the
North San Mateo County Sanitation District is hereby authorized.
2. Signature.
The Mayor is authorized to execute said Supplement No. 3 to
Agreement with the North San Mateo County Sanitation District, and the City
Clerk is authorized to attest his signature thereto.

duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
