CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION COMMENDING RICHARD GEORGE
CANZIANI FOR HIS SERVICES TO THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
WHEREAS, faithful and capable employees enable municipal and other
governmental agencies to serve the public well; and
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, has
been fortuante to have the faithful and capable services of Richard George
Canziani for thirty three years, during which time period he served in the
capacities of Communications Radio Operator, Police Officer, Records Super-
visor and Investigator in the Criminal Investigation Bureau; and
WHEREAS, the courteoUs and professional manner in which he performed his
duties not only contributed to the Police Department functions in the City, but
also earned for him profound admiration and respect from members of the public
and members of the Department; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to commend him and by this resolution
permanently record an expression of appreciation for his contribution to the
welfare of this City;
NOW', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Council does hereby commend Richard George Canziani for
his contribution to the Police Department of this City and the progess and
welfare of this community and does by this resolution permanently record this
expression of appreciation.
