1. That Said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby, awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder, .

for the bid price of One hundred and two thousand and twenty five dollars
($ !02,025.'00. ).

and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
