OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING
~ THE APPOINTMENT OF A CONSULTANT FOR
THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
: No. 5-86
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of the Community
Redevelopment Law (Part 1 commencing with Section 33000 of Division 24
of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California), the Redevel-
opment Agency of the City of South San Francisco has undertaken various
redevelopment agency.activities in the City of South San Francisco;
and
WHEREAS, the.~"Agency has determined that i't will be necessary to
.employ Redevelopment Consultants in connection with the Redevelopm'ent
Agency activities and to offer consultation in accordance thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Redevelopment Agency of
the City of South San Francisco as follows:
1. That the'firm of Katz, ' Hollis, be and is hereby retained to
act as Redevelopment Consultants to this Redevelopment Agency
in connection with the various redevelopment activities upon
the terms and conditions as set forth in the proposal dated
3/12/86, filed with the"Redevelopment Agency, attached hereto,
and incorporated herein by reference.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of South San Francisco on this 12th day of ~r~h ,
1986.
