A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
1980-81 COLMA CREEK TRIBUTARIES
DREDGING PROGRAM - PROJECT NO. SD'80-1
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
that'
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 17th day of
September , 198Q, for
1980-81 COLMA CREEK TRIBUTARIES DREDGING PROGRAM
PROJECT NO. SD-80-1
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder, Arthur "B~j77" Haskins, South San Franc. i~cm.
Calif.
for the bid price of Ten Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Dollars
($ 10',350.00 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and 'the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and-affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 1st day of October ,
1980 , by the following vote:
AYES- Councilmen Ronald G. Acosta, Mark N. Addiego and Gus Nicolopulos
NOES' None
ABSENT' Councilman ~manuele N. Uamonte and Councilwoman Roberta Cerri Teglia
