CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
ORANGE MEMORIAL PARK LI'GHTING~PROJECT
that:
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 8th day of
September , 1980, for
ORANGE MEMORIAL PARK LIGHTING PROJECT
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder, Arc Electric Co. of Burlingame, California
for the bid price of One Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Fiw Hundred Sixty Seven Dollars
($ 155,567.-00 )'
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the Ci-ty
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and 'affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 1st day of October ,
1980 , by the following vote:

Councilmen Ronald G. Acosta, Mark N. Addiego and Gus Nicolopulos
NOES:
ABSENT:
None
