CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED "SOUTH MAPLE AVENUE CONDOMINIUM
SUBDIVISION" AND AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTS
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Approval.
The Final Map, entitled "South Maple Avenue Condominium Subdivision,
South San Francisco, San Mateo, California" prepared by Lewis Attilio Arata,
Civil Engineer and Surveyor, Millbrae, California, dated February 1980, is
hereby approved.
2. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of said
map in the official records of the County of San Mateo, same to be concurrently
recorded with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for
South Maple Avenue Condominium Subdivison.
3. Copy of Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.
A copy of the recorded Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Re-
strictions shall be filed in each of the following offices for reference: (1)
City Clerk, (2) Department of Community Development and (3) Department of
Public Services/Engineering, and the Building Division may withhold building
permits until the copies of the recorded documents are so filed.
4. Copy of Recorded Final Map.
A mylar reproducible copy of the recorded Final Map and two blue
line prints shall be filed with the Director of Public Services prior to the
issuance of any building permits or occupancy permits for the structures located
within the subdivision.
