RESOLUTION NO. 123-80
CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO RECOMMENDING CERTAIN
ACTIVITIES FOR INCLUSION IN THE COUNTYWIDE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR FY 1981-82
that
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco, hereinafter referred to as
"City," and the County of San Mateo, hereinafter referred to as "County,"
have previously entered into a Cooperation Agreement for the purpose of coop-
erating in undertaking essential community development and housing assistance
activities; and
WHEREAS, on July 1, 1979, the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) approved the County's Three-Year Community Development Plan,
and said Plan contains, in part, recommendations for funding of Community
Development Activities for FY 1980-82; and
WHEREAS, said Three-Year Plan recommends Housing Rehabilitation Loans
for the City of South San Francisco in FY 1981-82;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that the recommended activities in the Three-Year Plan
pertaining to the City are hereby approved by this Council and said recommended
activities shall be forwarded to the County Housing and Community Development
Division for inclusion in the Countywide Community Development Program for
FY 1981-82.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held On the 15th day of October
1980, by the following vote'
