A RESOLUTION DETERMINING COMPENSATION AND
OTHER BENEFITS FOR THE CITY TREASURER AND
CITY MANAGER, AND HEALTH AND WELFARE BENE-
FITS FOR THE CITY COUNCIL
that'
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Franciscco
1.1 City Treasurer-
a) Salary' Commencing with the pay period 'which includes July 1, 1980,
there shall be an increase of seven percent (7%) in the base range
of City Treasurer (R509).
b) Salary: Commencing with the pay period which includes January 1, 1981,
the~e will .be an increase of three percent (3%) in the base range
of City Treasurer (R524).
c) Benefits' The City Treasurer shall be entitled to receive those benefits
(excluding salary adjustments) as set forth in Unit 1, Management,
Memorandum of Understanding,. 1980-81.
1.2 City.Manager.
a) Salary' Commencing with the pay period whice includes July 1, 1980,
there shall be an increase of two percent (2%) in the base range of
City Manager (R1974).
b) Benefits' The City Manager shall be entitled to receive tho~e benefits
(excluding salary adjustments) as set forth in Unit 1, Management
Memorandum of Understanding, 1980-81, and commencing with the pay period
which includes January 1, 1981, the City agrees to pay the City Manager's
Public Employee Retirement System normal contribution, but not to
exceed seven percent (7%) of regular salary.
2.0 City Council.
The members of the City Council shall be entitled to the following
insurance benefits equivalent to those provided for Unit 1, Manage-
ment, in the Memorandum of Understanding for fiscal year 1980-81:
a) Health Insurance Plan.
b) Dental Care Plan.
c) Life Insurance, including accidental death and dismemberment
coverage, in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5.,000).
d) Vision Care Plan.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
adjourned meeting held this 8th day of December , 1980, by the
following vote:
