CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF-CONTRACT
WALNUT AVENUE PARKING IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO.' ST,80,2
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 9th day of
December , 1980, for
WALNUT AVENUE PARKING IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. ST-80-2
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder,
G. Bortolotto & Company
for the bid price of fifty five thousand, three hundred and ninety two dollars
($ 55,392.00 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and-the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and.'affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the17th day of December ,
19 80, by the following vote'
AYES' Councilmen Ronald G. Acosta, Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele N. Damonte;
and Councilwoman Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES' Councilman Gus Nicolopulos
ABSENT' None
