Based upon the foregoing findings, the variance requested by Homart to allow installation of two signs, each having a total area of 320 square feet, the design of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", is hereby approved subject to the - following conditions: (a) The variance granted herein is limited to two (2) signs which are of the size, color and design as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and (b) The signs shall be fastened to the building in accordance with requirements of the City's Building Division; and (c) Homart must obtain a building permit from the City's Building Division before the signs may be installed; and (d) Approval of the variance granted herein shall be for a twenty-four (24) month period from the date of installation.
