CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL
MAP ENTITLED "HILLSIDE ESTATES"
AND AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTS
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Map Approval.
The Final Map, entitled "Hillside Estates, South San Francisco, San
Mateo County, California" prepared by James R. Rowell, Civil Engineer, dated
February 1981, is hereby approved.
2. Agreement.
Execution of the Agreement of Subdivision Improvements, Hillside
Estates, dated March 4, 1981, is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized
to sign the Agreement for the City, with the City Clerk attesting his signa-
ture thereto.
3. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of said
map and agreement in the official records of the County of San Mateo, same to
be concurrently recorded with the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions
for Hillside Estates.
4. Copy of Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.
A copy of the recorded Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Re-
strictions shall be filed in each of the following offices for reference: (1)
City Clerk, (2) Department of Community Development and (3) Department of
Public Services/Engineering, and the Building Division may withhold building
permits until the 'copies of the recorded documents are so filed.
5. Copies of Recorded Documents.
A mylar reproducible copy of the recorded Final Map and two blue
line prints shall be filed with the Director of Public Services prior to the
issuance of any building permits or occupancy permits for the structures
located within the subdivision and a copy shall also be filed in each of the
following offices for reference: (1) City Clerk and (2) Department of Commu-
nity Development. A copy of the Subdivision Agreement shall be filed in the
office of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
rpgular meeting held on the 4th day of March . 1981,
by the following vote:
AYES: CoUncilmen ROnald G. Acosta, Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele N. Damonte,
GuS Nicolopulos; and Councilwoman Roberta Cerri Teglia
