Call to Order. TIME: 6:33 p.m.
2. Roll Call. PRESENT: Boardmembers Addiego and
Matsumoto, Vice Chairman Gonzalez and
Chairman Garbarino.
ABSENT: Boardmember Mullin.
3. Agenda Review.
No changes.
4. Public Comments — comments are limited to items on the Special Meeting Agenda.
None.
CONSENT CALENDAR
5. Motion to approve the Successor Agency Minutes for meetings of July 25, 2012 and
August 8, 2012.
6. Motion confirming payment registers for Redevelopment Obligation Retirement Fund
Payments for August 22, 2012.
Motion — Boardmember Addiego /Second — Vice Chairman Gonzalez: To approve Consent
Calendar items 5 and 6. AYES: Boardmembers Addiego, and Matsumoto, Vice Chairman
Gonzalez and Chairman Garbarino. NOES: None. ABSTAIN: None. ABSENT:
Boardmember Mullin.
7. Resolution establishing regular meeting schedule.
For clarification's sake, Boardmember Matsumoto requested the room in which the meetings
take place to be referred to as "Council Chambers." She felt the public knew it as such and in
the past people have been confused when it was identified as the "Community Room."
City Manager Nagel stated the change would be made.
Motion — Vice Chairman Gonzalez /Second — Boardmember Addiego: to approve Resolution 13-
2012. AYES: Boardmembers Addiego, and Matsumoto, Vice Chairman Gonzalez and Chairman
Garbarino. NOES: None. ABSTAIN: None. ABSENT: Boardmember Mullin.
ADJOURNMENT
Being no further business, Chairman Garbarino adjourned the meeting at 6:36 p.m.
