HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 50-1981RESOLUTION NO. 50-81 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND RECORDATION OF A CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION FOR APPIAN VILLAGE, UNIT NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM PROJECT, NO. SA-79-62 WHEREAS, the City Council on June 18, 1980 by Resolution No. 59-80 approved the Final .Map, entitled "Appian Village Unit No. 1, A Condominium Project, Lot 5, Block 33, Westborough Unit No. 4A (Volume 77, Page 20), South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California" prePared by Theodore V. Tronoff, Civil Engineer and Surveyor, Daly City, California, dated January 1980; and WHEREAS, said final map contained errors in its 'parking plan, which errors involve the relationship between certain parking spaces and air space locations; and WHEREAS, a Certificate of Correction is necessary in order to cause the recorded final map to reflect the correct relationship among air space units and parking spaces; and WHEREAS, the correction contemplated herein will not have an affect on any property right; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has approved said correction as being in conformity with the requirements of the Subdivision Map Act (Sections 66410 et seq. of the Goverment Code) and local ordinances; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Engineer is authorized to execute said Certificate of Correction, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit "A" and is incorporated herein by reference. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon proper execution of said Certificate of Correction, the City Clerk is authorized to record or cause the record- ation of the original of said document in the office of the Recorder of the County of san Mateo, same to be appended to said map. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro- duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 6th day.of May , 1981, by the following vote: AYES: Councilmen Ronald G. Acosta, Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele N.
