REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND PROVIDING FUNDING
FOR THE RESURFACING OF OYSTER POINT BOULEVARD
AS PART OF PROJECT NO. ST-87-1; BID NO. 1750
WHEREAS, Oyster Point Boulevard, between Gateway Boulevard and Marina
Boulevard, is in need of resurfacing with asphalt concrete; and
WHEREAS, the resurfacing will be made a part of the 1987-88 Street
Resurfacing Program, Project No. ST-87-1; and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency desires to authorize the work and
provide funding for the resurfacing of Oyster Point Boulevard, between
Gateway Boulevard and Marina Boulevard, from the Redevelopment Agency's Tax
Increments Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City
of South San Francisco, that the work is hereby authorized and it shall
provide funding from the Redevelopment Agency's Tax Increments Fund.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco
at a Regular meeting held on the 11th day of March , 1987, by
the following vote.
AYES: Chairman Mark N. Addiego; Vice Chairman Jack Draqo; Member Richard A.
Haffey; Member Gus Nicolopulos; Member Roberta Cerri Teglia
