CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED "THE BLONDIN HOUSE CONDOMINIUM,
A CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION" AND AUTHOR-
IZING RELATED ACTS

that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Map Approval.
The Final Map, entitled "The' Blondin House Condominium, A Condo-
minium Subdivision, being a Subdivision of Parcel 1, Parcel Map Recorded in
Book 46 of Parcel Maps at Page 63, San Mateo County Records, into a Condominium
Project, as defined in Section 1351 of the Civil Code of the State of California,
City of South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California," dated October 1980
by Hans R. Mulberg, Inc., Civil Engineering & Engineering Planning, is hereby
approved.
2. Agreement.
Execution of Agreement of Subdivision Agreement Improvements, The
Blondin House Condominium, a Condominium Subdivision, dated May 6, 1981, is
hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to sign the Agreement for the
City, with the City Clerk attesting his signature thereto.
3. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of said
map and agreement in the official records of the County of San Mateo, same to
be concurrently recorded with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions shall be filed in each of the following offices for reference'
(1) City Clerk, (2) Department nf Cnmmunity D~velopment an~ (3~ Department of
Public Services/Engineering, and the Building Division may withhold building
permits until the copies of the recorded documents are so filed.
5. Copies of Recorded Documents.
A mylar reproducible copy of the recorded Final Map and two blue
line prints shall be filed with the Director of Public Services prior to the
issuance of any building permits or occupancy permits for the structures
located with the subdivision and a copy shall also be filed in each of the
following offices for reference: (1) City Clerk and {2) Department of Commu-
nity Development. A copy of the Subdivision Agreement shall be filed in the
office of the City Clerk.
