A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THREE GRANTS OF
SANITARY, STORM AND PUBLIC UTILITY EASE-
MENT FROM ROTARY PLAZA, INC., AND LOUIS
J. AND NATALIE J. POLETTI (BLONDIN WAY)
that-
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Acceptance of Grants.
Two Grants of Sanitary Storm and Public Utility Easement, both
dated June 14, 1979, from Rotary Plaza, Inc., a non-profit corporation, attached
hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B," and one Grant of Sanitary Storm and Public
Utility Easement, dated June 7, 1979, from Louis J. Poletti and Natalia J.
Poletti, his wife, attached hereto as Exhibit "C," to the City of South San
Francisco are hereby accepted.
2. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of
said Grants of Easement in the Office of the County Recorder of San Mateo
County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 6th day of May , 1981, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Ronald G. Acosta, Emanuele N. Damonte and
Gus Nicolopul os
NOES: Councilman Mark N. Addiego and Councilwoman Roberta Cerri Teqlia

GRANT OF SANITARY, STORM AND
PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this 14th day of June
1979~. between ROTARY PLAZA, INC. a non-profit corporation
hereinafter called GRANTOR, and the CiTY OF SOUTH sAN FRANCISCO, a
municipal corporation of the State of California, hereinafter Called
"CITY",
W I T N E S S E T H-
THAT 'GRANTOR does hereby GRANT and CONVEY unto CITY, and
to its successors and assigns forever, a perpetual easement, with
right of ingress and egress, for the purpose of laying, installing,
maintaining, repairing, protecting and replacing sanitary sewers,
storm drains, water mains, gas mains, poles, overhead and underground
electrical and communication facilities and other utilitiy facilities
of like nature, together with appurtenances thereof, along, over,
across and in the lands delineated on the map attached hereto, and
designated "EXHIBIT A" as "SANITARY STORM & PUBLIC UTILITY
EASEMENT (P.U.B.), said lands being situated in the City of South
San Francisco, County of San Marco, State of California, and more
particularly described as follows-
Commencing at the point of intersection of the north-
easterly line of Blondin Way (formerly "B" Street) with
the northwesterly boundary line of Block."E" as shown on
that certain map titled, "Map No. 1 Country Club Park,
San Mateo County, California", filed in the office of
the County Recorder of San Mateo County on May 9, 1941
in Book 23 of Maps at pages 54 to 56 and running thence
North 31015'00'' West along the northwesterly prolongation
of said northeasterly line of Blondin Way, 156.00 feet;
thence along a tangent curve to the right having a radius
of ,~0.00 feet, through a central angle of 35°39'30'' an
arc length of 24.89 feet to a point of reverse curvature;
thence along a tangent curve to the left having a radius
of 40.00 feet, through a central angle of 125o39'30'' an
arc length of 87.73 feet. to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING
of the hereinafter described easement; thence from said
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING North 4S°11'1S'' West, 163.20 feet;
thence North 27°45'00'' East, 10.46 feet; thence South 45°
11'15" East, 170.24 feet to a point of cusp; thence along
a curve to the left from a tangent bearing South 74°12~
51" East, having a radius of 40.00 feet, through a central
angle of 15°27'51'' an arc length of 10.79 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
The above described easement is to be kept clear of
buildings ~nd structures of any kind, excepting utility structures
related to the use of said easement and lawful fences.
Ali. of the rights, or any-of them, granted by this
instrument to said City of South San Francisco, map, at the option
of said City, be assigned without warranty, express of implied, to
any person, firm, or corporation authorized by law to operate or
maintain a public utility, or utility structures and facilities,
on such terms and conditions as may be designated by said City.
