CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP ENTITLED
"SWIFT AVENUE INDUSTRIAL CENTER UNIT 3, A
CONDOMINIUM'! AND AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTS
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Approval.
The Final Map, entitled "Swift Avenue Industrial Center Unit 3,
A Condominium, Being a Subdivision of Parcels I & J as shown on Map Recorded
in Book 47 of Parcel Maps at Page 92, San Mateo'County Records," South San
Francisco, California, prepared by Wm. Wright Co. Surveyors, 1539 Bayshore
Highway, Burl i ngame, i s hereby approved.
2. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of
said map in-the official records of the County of San Mateo, same to be con-
currently recorded with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
Establishing a Plan for Condominium Ownership of the Swift Avenue Industrial
Center Unit 3.
3. CopY of Declaration of Covenants, 'Conditions and Restrictions.
A copy of the recorded Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions shall be filed in each of the following offices for reference:
(1) City Clerk, (2) Department of Community Development and (3) Department
of Public Services/Engineering, and the Building Division may withhold build-
ing permits until the copies of the recorded documents are so filed.
4. Copy of Recorded Final 'Map.
A mylar reproducible copy of the recorded Final Map and two blue
line prints shall be filed with the Director of Public Services prior to the

issuance of any building permits or occupancy permits for the structures

located within the subdivision.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at an adjourned meeting held on the 21st day of May , 1981, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Ronald G. Acosta, Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele N. Damonte,
Gus Nicolopulos; and Councilwoman Roberta Cerri Teglia
