REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
INSTALLATION OF HEADLIGHT GLARE SCREEN,
PROJECT NO. ST-86-4, BID NO. 1746
BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
WHEREAS. pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 17th day of February,
1987, for:
INSTALLATION OF HEADLIGHT GLARE SCREEN, PROJECT NO. ST-86-4,
BID NO. 1746
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Redevelopment Agency does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the
contract to the lowest responsible bidder, M. Bumgarner, Inc. of San Ramon,
California for the bid price of Eight Thousand, Nine Hundred Four Dollars
and No Cents ($8,904.00).
2. That the Chairman of said Agency is hereby authorized to make and
enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the Executive
Director of said Agency is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix
thereto the corporate seal of the Agency.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco
at a Regular meeting held on the 11th day of March , 1987, by
the following vote:
AYES: Chairman Mark N. Addiego; Vice Chairman Jack Drago; Member
Richard Haffey; Member Gus Nicolopulos; Member Roberta
Cerri Teglia
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
