CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT -
SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS - PARCEL
MAP OF SOUTH LINDEN TRACT NO. 3
that-
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Agreement.
Execution of the Agreement, Subdivision Improvements, Parcel
Map of South Linden Tract No. 3, dated July 17, 1981, is hereby authorized
and the Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement fOr the City, with the
City Clerk attesting his signature thereto.
2. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of
the agreement and Parcel Map of South Linden Tract No. 3, South San Francisco,
San Mateo County, California, being a resubdivision of remainder of Parcel 9
of Parcel Map South Linden Tract No. 2 recorded in Book 40 of Parcel Maps
at page 32, San Mateo County Records, dated March 1981, prepared by Louis
Attilio Arata, Civil Engineer & Surveyor, concurrently in the official records
of the County of San Mateo.
3. Copies of Recorded Documents.
A copy of the recorded parcel map shall be filed in each of the
following offices for reference: (1) City Clerk, (2) Department of Community
Development and (3) Department of Public Services. A copy of the Subdivision
Agreement shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco

at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of June ,
