CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED "LINDEN AVE. BUSINESS CENTER
CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION" AND AUTHORIZING
RELATED ACTS
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City'of South San Francisco
1. Approval.
The Final Map, entitled "Linden Ave. Business Center Condominium
Subdivision, South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California, Being a Resub-
division of Parcel 11 of Parcel Map, South Linden Tract No. 3, Recorded in Book
51 of Parcel Maps at Page 46, San Mateo County Records" prepared by Louis Attilio
Arata, Civil Engineer & Surveyor, Millbrae, California, dated July 1981, is
hereby approved.
2. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of said
map in the official records of the County of San Mateo, same to be concurrently
recorded wi th the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for
Linden Ave. Business Center.
3. Copy of Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.
A copy of the recorded Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Re-
strictions shall be filed in each of the following offices for reference: (1)
City Clerk, (2) Department of Community Development and (3) Department of Pub-
lic Services/Engineering, and the Building Division may withhold building per-
mits until the copies of the recorded documents are so filed.
4. Copy of Recorded Final Map.
A mylar reproducible copy of the recorded Final Map and two blue
line prints shall be filed with the Director of Public Services prior to the
issuance of any building pemits or occupancy permits for the structures located
within the subdivision.
I hereby certify' that the foregoing Resolution was re§ularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 5th day of August , 1981, by the following vote'
