A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR DEMOLITION AND DISPOSAL OF EXISTING
STRUCTURE AT 2304 OLYMPIC DRIVE - PROJECT
NO., PB-81-1
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 22ndday of
July , 19,81, for
DEMOLITION. AND DISPOSAL OF EXISTING TRUCTURE AT 2304 OLYMPIC
DRIVE - PROJECT NO. PB-81-1
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder, Cleveland Wreckinq Company of S~n Franci.~co, .
California.
for the bid price of Seven Thousand Four Hun(~red ~ollar~
($ 7,400.00 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and-affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 5th day of August ,
