CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL UF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
POLICE DEPARTMENT TO EXECUTE TRAINING
AGREEMENTS BETWEEN CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
DEPARTMENT OF CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL,
AND THE STATE POLICE
WHEREAS, The State of California, Department of California Highway
Patrol, and the California State Police require written trainina agreements
from any agency oarticipatino in their trainina programs: and
WHEREAS. the Police Department of the City of South San Franciscn
desires from time to time to participate in certain training programs spons-
ored and administered by the Department of California Highway Patrol, and
California State Police; and
WHEREAS, resolution of the City Council is required for the 1981-82
and 1982-83 fiscal years;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South San Francisco City Council
as fol 1 ows:
That the South San Francisco Police Department Training Manager is
hereby authorized and directed to sign such training agreements when required
for the fiscal years 1981-82 and 1982-83.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 19th day of August ,
1981, by the following vote:
