REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
THE SIXTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES WITH
WILSEY & HAM FOR THE GATEWAY ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT NO. ST-82-2 - PHASE II -
GATEWAY BOULEVARD EXTENSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The Chairperson is authorized to execute on behalf of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco and the Executive
Director attest signature thereto, the Sixth Amendment to Agreement
entitled, "Sixth Amendment to Agreement for Professional Engineering
Services for the Gateway Assessment District No. ST-82-2 - Phase II" between
the City of South San Francisco and Wilsey & Ham. A copy of the Sixth
Amendment to Agreement is attached as Exhibit "1".
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco
at a Regular meeting held on the 22nd day of April , 1987, by
the following vote:
AYES: Chairman Mark N. Addiego; Vice Chairman Jack Drago; Member Gus
Nicolopulos; Member Richard A. Halley; Member Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES: NONE
