CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT -
SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS -
EAST JAMIE COURT
WHEREAS, the map entitled "Parcel Map, Being a Resubdivision of Parcel
5, as said Parcel is Delineated and so Designated upon that Certain Parcel
Map Recorded in Book 47 of Parcel Maps at Pages 4 & 5, San Mateo Co. Records,
South San Francisco, San Mateo Co., California, dated May 1981," has been
approved by the Planning Commission as conforming to the Tentative Parcel Map;
and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the Tentative Parcel Map required execution
of an Agreement for Subdivision Improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that:
1. Agreement. Execution of the Agreement, Subdivision Improvements,
East Jamie Court, is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to sign
the agreement for the City, with the City Clerk attesting his signature thereto.
2. Acceptance of Dedications. The dedications to public use of East
Jamie Court as shown on said Parcel Map and the easements designated as a
sanitary sewer storm drain and public utility easement as shown on said map
are hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to execute the City Clerk's
acceptance therefor.
3. Recordation. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause record-
ation of the Agreement and Parcel Map concurrently in the official records
of the County of San Mateo.
4. Copies of Recorded Documents. A copy of the recorded parcel map
shall be filed in each of the following offices for reference: (1) City Clerk,
(2) Department of Community Development and (3) Department of Public Services.
A copy of the Subdivision Agreement shall be filed in the office of the City
Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, at a regular
meeting held on the 16th day of September , 1981, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Ronald G. Acosta, Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele N. Damonte
Gus Nicolopulos; and Roberta Cerri Teglia
