CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ORDERING AN EARLY CANVASS
TO BE MADE BY THE CITY CLERK FOR
THE SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE
HELD IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 6,. 1981
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco does
hereby order the canvass of election returns of the Special Municipal Election
to be made by the City Clerk prior to the first Tuesday after the election
pursuant to Election Code 22932.5 using the Datavote computer system; and
WHEREAS, Election Code 17082 and 17083 shall govern the conduct of
the canvass; and
WHEREAS, upon completion of the canvass, the City Clerk shall
certify the results to the City Council on the first Tuesday after the
election and comply with the other provisions of Section 22933.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 16th day of September , 1981, by the
