REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST BY THE
HUMAN INVESTMENT PROJECT SHARED HOMES
PROGRAM TO USE MONEY FROM THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY'S LOW AND MODERATE INCOME HOUSING FUND
WHEREAS, The Human Investment Project Shared Homes Program has requested
a grant to fund its activity; and
WHEREAS, the use of set aside funds will further the provision of affordable
housing in South San Francisco; and
WHEREAS, the use of the funds outside the project area will be of benefit to
the project since pursuant to Health & Safety Code Section 3334.2 the provision
of housing is always of benefit to a project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco hereby approves the request of the Human Investment Project
Shared Homes Program to use money from the Redevelopment Agency's Low and
Moderate Income Housing Fund, and approves a grant of Seventeen Thousand Dollars
($17,000) and authorizes Agency staff to draft and execute an agreement with the
Human Investment Project Shared Homes Program.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 25th day of May , 1988, by
the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Mark N. Addiego, Gus Nicolopulo~, Roberta Cerri
Teglia, and Jack Drago
NOES: None
ABSENT: Boardmember RichardA. Haffey
