A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
1981-82 STREET RESURFACING PROGRAM
PROJECT NO. ~ ST-81'I
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 9th day of
September , 1981, for
1981-82 STREET RESURFACING PROJECT -
PROJECT NO. ST-81-1
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS-

1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contra'ct to
the lowest responsible bidder, Lowrie Pavino Company, Int.. nf Snuth
San Francisco, conditional upon execution between the County of San Matzo ~nd
the City of South San Francisco of an agreement for the 1981-82 Street
Resurfacing Program 'and appropriation of funds therefor.
~n~ bid price of Two Hundred Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Three Dollars
and Forty-Eight Cents

2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
en,~r inzo a written contract with said successful bidder and the City

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and ad.opted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
