CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A-RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 13-75
ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ESTABLISH-
MENT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO POLICE
DEPARTMENT BAIL TRUST~FUND
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that Paragraph 3 of Resolution No. 13-75, adopted February 5, 1975, entitled
"A Resolution Authorizing Establishment of the City of South San Francisco
police Dep. artment Bail T~ust Fund," is hereby amended to. read as'fOllowS:

!'3.~ The following signatures are authorized for disbursement from
said trust fund:
William B. Tipton or Raymond McKeon for the South San Francisco Police Department;
Louise Coleman or Barry R. Lipton for the Office of
· Director of Finance.
Two signatures shall be required to issue a check from said
trust fund, with one signature from each of. the designated departments."
Resolution No. 46-81, adopted May 6, 1981, is hereby~rescinded.
I hereby certify that the foregoing ResOlution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 21st day of October , 1981,
by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmember Ronald G. Acosta, Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele N. Damonte,
