A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
ORANGE MEMORIAL PARK PARKING LOT
IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. PB-81-3

RESOLVED by the City 'Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 30thday of
September. , 1981, for
ORANGE MEMORIAL PARK PARKING LOT.
IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. PB-81-3
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED.AS FOLLOWS'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder, Anza Engineering Corporation of Redwood City,

for the bid price of Twenty Two Thousand, Nine Hundred Seven Dollars

2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of'said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and-affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
