A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF. COST
SERVICE CONTRACT' AGREEMENT WITH THE CALIF-
ORNIA STATE PERSONNEL BOARD ((COOPERATIVE
PERSONNEL SERV ! CES)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
I. Contract 'Authori zati on
The execution of the Cost Service Contract Agreement between
'the City of South San Francisco and the State PerSonnel Board providing
for the examining services therein described, is hereby authorized.
2. Si.~natures
.C. Walter Birkelo, the City Manager, is authorized to execute
the contract ~nd any subsequent e~tension on behalf of the City and the
City Clerk attest her signature thereto.
! hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted bY the City Council of the City of South San
FrancisCo at a 'Regular , meeting held'on the4th day of November
1981, by'the following vote:
