A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
1981-82 COLMA CREEK TRIBUTARIES
DREDGING PROGRAM - PROJECT NO. SD-81-1
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
WHEREAS, pursuant to previoUs authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 27th day of October, 1981,
for the 1981-82 Colma Creek Tributaries Dredqing Program - Project No. SD-81-1.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or bids
except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, Arthur "Buzz" Haskins of South San Francisco, California,
for the bid price reflected in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, entitled, "Proposal,
1981-82 Colma Creek Tributaries Dredging Program, Project No. SD-81-1,"
2. That expenditures for this project shall not exceed $30,000; and
3. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to make and enter into
a written contract with said successful bidder and the City Clerk is hereby
directed to attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was re~qularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 4th day of November , 1981, by the following vote'
AYES: Councilmembers Ronald G. Acosta, Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele N. Damonte,
Gus Nicolopulos; and Roberta Cerri Teglia
