CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION
FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES
(GATEWAY PROJECT)
WHEREAS, the map entitled "Parcel Map, Being a Subdivision of the Lands
of Homart Development Company as Recorded in the San Mateo County Records at
Reel 7970 Image 552, Book 412 Official Records at Page 411, Instrument No.
725954 - As Official Records, and Parcel 1 on that Certain Map Recorded in
Vol. 12 of Parcel Maps at Page 29, City of South San Francisco, San Mateo
County, Calif., dated October, 1981" has been approved by the Planning Com-
mission; and
WHEREAS, the Parcel Map dedicates to the City of South San Francisco
Parcels A and B for street and highway purposes:
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that:
1. Acceptance of Dedications. The dedication of Parcels A and B as
shown on said Parcel Map are hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized
to certify the City's acceptance thereof for street and highway purposes.
2. Recordation. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause record-
ation of the Parcel Map in the official records of the County of San Mateo.
3. Copies of Recorded Documents. A copy of the recorded Parcel Map
shall be filed in each of the following offices for reference: (1) City Clerk,
(2) Department of Community Development and (3) Department of Public Services.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 18th day of November , 1981, by
the fol 1 owing vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Ronald G. Acosta, ~.lark N. Addiego, Emanuele N. Damonte,
Gus Nicolopulos; and Roberta Cerri Teglia
