A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SANITARY SEWER
EASEMENTS FROM THE PROPERTY OWNERS OF
LOTS 24 - 27 OF THE HIGH SCHOOL PARK
ADDITION SUBDIVISION
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Acceptance of Grants.
The Grants of Sanitary Sewer Easement listed below from the property
owners of Lots 24 - 27 of the High School Park Addition Subdivision to the City
of South San Francisco are hereby accepted:
Robert A. Pianca, Lot 27, High School Park Subdivision,
600-608 Pine Terrace, dated November 10, 1981.
John R. Bicanich, Lot 26, High School Park Subdivision,
614 Pine Terrace, dated November 10, 1981.
Ernest G. and Dorothy P. Gen~vesi, Lot 25, High School Park
Subdivision, 618 Pine Terrace, dated November 12, 1981.
Benny and Susie M. Sacilotto, Lot 24, High School Park
Subdivision, 622 Pine Terrace, dated October 29, 1981.
2. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of
said Grants of Sanitary Sewer Easement in the Office of the County Recorder
of San Mateo County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 18th day of November , 1981,
