CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DETERMINING SPECIAL
DISTRICT AUGMENTATION FUND DISTRI-
BUTION, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
98.6 OF THE REVENUE AND TAXATION CODE
WHEREAS, the City Council has received the County Auditors Special
District Augmentation Fund notice of allocation as required by Section 98.6
of the Revenue and Taxation Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council properly noticed and conducted a public hearing
on December 2, 1981, to consider the sums to be disbursed; and
WHEREAS, after said hearing, the City Council approved the sums determined
to be disbursed to each special district as described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the amount of funds to be disbursed to special districts
shall be as set forth on Exhibit "A" hereto and shall reflect totals as follows:

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 2nd day of December , 19 81 , by the following vote:

and Roberta Cerri Teglia
