REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF BARTLE WELLS
ASSOCIATES FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION
WITH THE SALE OF REFUNDING NOTES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco
that it accepts the proposal for professional services submitted by Bartle Wells
Associates for the sale of refunding notes and hereby authorizes the Executive
Director to take the steps necessary to see that the refinancing project proceeds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 24th day of August , 198 8 , by
the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Mark N. Addiego, Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos,
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Jack Drago
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
