A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION'OF JOINT
POWERS AGREEMENT FOR INTERGOVERNMENTAL
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS'SERVICES.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council'of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. The City of South San Francisco'approves and authorizes execution
of a Joint. Powers Agreement for Intergovernmental Employee Relations Services.
2. The'City Manager is authorized to execute said Agreement bn behalf
of the City and the City Clerk to attest his signature hereto.
