A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
SUPPLEMENT NO. 4 TO AGREEMENT WITH THE
NORTH SAN MATEO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT
that'
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Execution.
Execution of Supplement No. 4 to the Agreement dated March 4, 1968
for Sewage Disposal by and between the City of South San Francisco and the
North San Mateo County Sanitation District is hereby authorized.
2. Signature.
The Mayor is authorized to execute said Supplement No. 4 to the
Agreement with the North San Mateo County Sanitation District, and the City
Clerk is aUthorized to attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 16th day of December
