CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A'RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROV lNG
- THE APPOINTMENT OF' THE CITY ATTORNEY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City CoUncil of the. City of South San Francisco
that the appointment of Robert K. Rogers, Jr- to the position of City Attorney
effective January 1, 1982, is hereby authorized and approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Mr. Rogers shall be appointed at Step B
of the Pay Range established by Resolution No. 121-81 which was adopted by the
City Council on September 30, 1981. Further, that Mr. Rogers shall be placed
at Step C effective June 30, 1982.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the'City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 6th day of January , 1982,
by the fo'llowing vote:
