A RESOLUTION SETTING FEES FOR
PROCESSING SUBDIVISION MAPS
that'
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
Fees Set.
The fees for processing subdivision maps in the City of South San Francisco,
which fees are referred to in Sections 19.40.070, 19.44.150A, 19.48.010A, 19.48.160,
of Title 19 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code, are hereby declared to
be those fees set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, which is incorporated
by reference herein.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 20th day of January
by the fol 1 owing vote:

Tentative Map
$500 plus $25 for each lot or
dwelling unit.
Fi nal Map
$500 plus $10 for each lot or dwelling unit
plus the necessary recording fee.
B. Minor Subdivision
Tenati ve' Map
$500 plus $25 for each lot or dwelling
unit.
Parcel Map
$100 plus the necesary recording fee.
